Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using SwiftlyMCP (“the Service”), including the relay server and WordPress plugin, you agree to these terms. SwiftlyMCP is operated by SwiftlyWP. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwiftlyMCP provides a relay server that connects AI assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor) to your self-hosted WordPress site via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service includes:

  • •The SwiftlyMCP relay server (hosted at mcp.swiftlymcp.com)
  • •The SwiftlyMCP WordPress plugin
  • •The SwiftlyMCP marketing website and documentation

3. Account and access

You must be a WordPress administrator on the site you connect. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your connected sites. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to the Service.

4. Plans and billing

SwiftlyMCP offers a free Starter plan and paid plans (Pro, Business, Agency).

  • •Paid plans are billed annually. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
  • •You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
  • •We offer a 14-day refund policy for paid plans. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • •Use the Service to attack, harm, or gain unauthorized access to any website or system.
  • •Circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or security measures.
  • •Connect sites you do not own or have authorization to manage.
  • •Use the Service for any illegal activity.

6. Your data and content

You retain ownership of all content on your WordPress site. SwiftlyMCP does not claim any rights to your content. The relay server passes requests between your AI client and your site without storing content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for actions taken by AI assistants on your site — you are responsible for reviewing and approving changes made through SwiftlyMCP.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftlyWP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, site downtime, or unintended changes made through AI assistants. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your site and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, with notice where possible. On termination, your stored credentials and account data are deleted.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
